The Gran Club Santa Lucía Hotel, located on Santa Lucía Beach, on the north coast, belonging to the Nuevitas Municipality in the province of Camagüey, located in the central eastern region of Cuba.
It is located on the first line of the Santa Lucía Beach, and a few meters from the Coral Barrier, this Hotel operates under the All-inclusive modality. Exotic tropical gardens and an experienced staff distinguish it along with a varied animation and a superior kitchen. It is the perfect choice for family vacations, couples, singles and honeymoons.
In a very cozy natural environment it has a total of 252 rooms, with modest furniture and decoration and some of them conditioned even for the disabled, all have the necessary amenities for ideal comfort.
The cultural center here has high-season courtyard concerts by musicians from Camagüey. It functions as a dance club other nights.
At the end of a long dock, this simple restaurant under a thatched roof has the best views in town, not to mention the best ventilation. Though it belongs to the Club Santa Lucia hotel, it's open to guests from other hotels, and it is one of the few places in Cuba that has live lobster. The menu includes an array of seafood dishes, but the lobster, which is prepared a number of ways, is your best bet.
Santa Lucia Beach, a sandy beach of perfectly transparent, warm waters are protected by the coral reef on the Atlantic, second in size only to the Australian one. Santa Lucia Beach is an excellent place for scuba diving as there are more than 50 different species of coral in the waters. The sunsets over this area are spectacular.
